FAQ

Is storing food in such a plastic box healthy?
Combining tradition with modernity, we offer a cellars made of appropriately selected plastic. The inner sleek surface of the walls is covered with material certified for food contact. The basement is made of polyester-glass laminate which is used i.a. for the production of yachts, it also gives, as in the case of a refrigerators, the tightness and sterility of the interior. It is also easy clean.
Can the basement be installed in any type of soil?
Due to the fact that the structure is tight and self-supporting (no need to build foundations), it can be dug in any type of soil. Installation in areas with high groundwater levels is also possible. In this case, anchoring in the ground and preparing drainage ballast is required.
Will the basement not collapse?
The construction has been designed to move pressure of 3 tons / m2. This includes the mass of soil scattered on top, snow and other additional loads along with the reserve. The prototype also passed the load tests of 3 tons.
What will the cellar look like after several years?
The construction made of polyester-glass laminate is resistant to obsolescence. Over the years, its interior will be sleek and permanently esthetic.
What will happen to the cellar during freezing cold weather?
The maximum depth of freezing of soil in Poland ranges from 0.8m in the west to 1.2m in the east of Poland. Covering the cellar with a 1-1.5 m thick layer of soil will provide such good isolation that even during extreme frosts the temperature inside will be positive. Depending on the type of ground and the place in which the cellar will be located, we recommend additional isolation with polyurethane foam.
